Easy to tell the difference as the engineer model has a bayonet lug and the cavalry model does not. The dealer had both models in excellant condition, very good bores and correct. Rifle appears to be un-issued with all matching serial numbers and clear inspectors cartouche's on all stock peices. Rifle is German made and the Argentine contract crest is stamped on the receiver, the bolt face indicates that the rifle is un-fired.
